Milwaukee This acclaimed and highly ranked medical center offers the most comprehensive heart care in the state of Wisconsin, including a highly rated cardiac surgery program, award winning interventional and heart failure programs, states first and most successful heart transplant (including multi-organ transplants) and durable mechanical circulatory support programs, state's largest remote hemodynamic monitoring program, states only accredited pulmonary hypertension, congenital heart disease and cardio-oncology programs, an advanced electrophysiology interventional program, a 24/7 state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization lab with all available options for advanced percutaneous interventions for our cardiogenic shock team, and the state's largest structural heart program. 1.0 FTE AHFT Cardiology Clinical practice opportunity Join 7 Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologists and 4 experienced Cardiac Surgeons Outreach clinic approximately one day per week Proficiency in Cath lab procedures, including invasive hemodynamic assessments, myocardial biopsies, diagnostic coronary angiograms (optional), urgent temporary MCS devices (optional) and PA pressure sensor implants (optional) On-call for AHFT team only Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded national CV service line Encourage participation in medical education of general cardiology & AHFT fellows and internal medicine residents and medical students, and regional CV conferences hosted by Advocate Health Participation in ongoing advanced HF, transplant, MCS & PAH research Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients Salary: $540,890 plus annual incentive bonus Sign-on bonus Aurora Medical Center Grafton 1.0 FTE AHFT Cardiology clinical practice opportunity with immense growth Responsibility for growing the various HF programs and multi-disciplinary partnerships Participating with general cardiology for calls/coverage (cardiology call 1:4-1:5) Staffing Echo and Stress lab (including cardiopulmonary stress tests), along with general cardiology Full-time dedicated Heart Failure Advanced Practice Clinician/Nurse Practitioner for inpatient and outpatient assistance, in addition to two Registered Nurses Fully functional cardiac catheterization lab with the opportunity to perform diagnostic coronary angiograms, invasive hemodynamic assessments, PA pressure sensor implants, urgent temporary MCS devices and myocardial biopsies EPIC EMR Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients Salary: $540,890 plus annual incentive bonus Sign-on bonus Interested candidates should send a cover letter and CV to Andrea Turner, Sr. Physician Recruiter for Cardiology:
