Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Workers Compensation Claims Adjusters and Supervisors. This is an opportunity to work in a remote or hybrid capacity, with competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough documentation and case management for new and ongoing claims Establish and monitor case reserves in accordance with authority levels Initiate referrals for suspected fraud and aggressively pursue subrogation Review and approve vocational rehabilitation plans Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while representing the company Demonstrate a working knowledge of the Labor Code of the State of California and legal requirements for handling workers compensation claims Direct, manage, and control the litigation process Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Workers Compensation claims Litigation experience and familiarity with 4850 Labor Code Strong understanding of SIP and preferred bilingual skills Previous experience with preferred municipalities and knowledge of California Labor Code Residency in California is a must Day-to-day
The successful candidates will be responsible for handling a dedicated client base, managing claims, and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutes and company guidelines.
