- Must have an active GA license
- Minimum Board Status: Board Eligible
- Required Certifications: BLS
Job Details
- EMR: Epic (Training required as part of the onboarding process. Cannot be completed until credentialing is complete)
- Patients per shift: 20
- Est Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
- Support: 1 RN, 2 MA s, 1 APP, 3 Office Staff
- Looking for provider to work M-F (8am to 5pm in clinic)
- Provider will be required to prescribe narcotics
