General Surgery Locum Opportunity - Tiffin, OH ($2000+ per day)

Job Description:

• Caseload: 95% adult; 5% pediatric
• Lab & X-ray equipment onsite
• Total number of beds: 30, 5 ICU
• Required procedures: Appendectomy & Cholecystectomy
• Preferred procedures: GI Endoscopy (upper and lower), Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Ventilation management, & Chest tube insertion,

Requirements:

• PROVIDER MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SOME/ALL OF SPECIFICALLY LISTED DATES ONLY ( please do not submit providers that do not have availability for the open dates )
• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Ohio License - REQUIRED
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS - REQUIRED
• DEA - REQUIRED
• NPI - REQUIRED
• COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED, noted at time of name clear
• CLEAN BACKGROUND - REQUIRED FOR TEMP PRIVS
