- Full-time Hospitalists have the freedom to create their own schedules - typically seven 24-hour shifts per month - with no on-call duty or office management

- Approximately 860 annual deliveries

- Springfield is about three hours from New York City, 90 minutes from Boston and roughly 30 minutes from Hartford, Connecticut
