Asante is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Physician Assistant to join our outpatient Infectious Disease team in beautiful Southern Oregon . This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a seasoned team of infectious disease physicians, supporting a growing patient population across multiple communities.
This full-time, outpatient-only role offers a blend of autonomy and teamwork, serving established patients, hospital follow-ups, and supporting continuity of care within a high-functioning, patient-centered practice. The position is based primarily in Medford , with one day per week in Grants Pass , providing consistent support to patients and physicians across our region.
Position HighlightsSchedule : Monday Thursday (4-day work week), 1.0 FTE
Location : Based in Medford with one day weekly in Grants Pass
Patient Panel :
See established clinic patients from prior providers
Provide follow-up care for physicians patients as needed
Conduct hospital discharge follow-up visits
Assist with managing Epic In-baskets for three physicians (including a new physician joining in 2026)
