- Board requirement (Example EM, FM, IM): ABP
- Life Support Certifications Required: PALS
- COVID vaccine/exemption required? Yes
LOCUM COVERAGE ASSESSMENT
- Reason for Locum need? Vacancy Scheduling Need
- Is the Locum Coverage needed short-term (3-6 months) or long-term (6+ months)? Ongoing
- Is the Locum Coverage needed for a specific shift type: Call Only
- Expected amount of time in Hospital:
- Call Response Time: 30 mins
- Call Ratio: Solo
- Call Back %: 10
- Phone Consults: 7-10
- Admissions: 1-3
- Temp Privileges granted? Yes with clean files and an active license
- Start Date: ASAP
