Schedule responsibility is twelve, 12-hour shifts per month (up to 144 hours per month); extra pay for extra call. A newly-renovated Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and includes 24 private patient treatment rooms. Rooms are equipped with Advanced Cardiac Monitoring Systems and feature computers at the bedside for nurse documentation. Salary is at mean of MGMA; plus profit sharing and quality bonuses available.
