40 minutes from South Bend (home of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish) 1 hour to Ft. Wayne 2 hours to Chicago 3 hours to Indianapolis Full-time Pathologist who is AP/CP Board Certified or Board Eligible to join a Hospital employed group. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5 (average) Group consists of 3 pathologists. Annual volume of cases for entire group: 7,000 Surgicals, 450 Non-GYN cytology, 220 Fine needle aspirations, 100 Bone Marrows. Extraordinary range of tissue specimens seen due to referrals from a regional cancer center. Occasional teaching opportunities (if desired) of laboratory personnel, medical residents, medical students, and high school students. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
