Cardiothoracic Surgery - Northern Iowa Employed practice seeks BC/BE Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their team Competitive base salary offered plus call pay - to be discussed with employer directly Call 1:2 Join one physician and 3 APPs in practice - current physician can provide mentorship until 2028 Cardiovascular service line includes non-invasive Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, EP, and has both non-invasive and interventional fellowship programs Program has performed over 2,000 Cath Lab procedures and over 600 EP procedures this fiscal year Both Cardiac Surgeon and Interventional Cardiologists can initiate ECMO Dedicated 28-bed CV Unit & 18-bed Critical Care Unit Full benefits package offered including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and malpractice w/tail coverages, $75,000 sign-on bonus, 403B match, CME allowance, and more!
