100% Outpatient Pediatric position - $300,000 - $315,000 Base Salary 2 hours East from San Diego, CA Federally qualified health center (FQHC) with loan repayment available Pediatric residency training required. BC/BE required American Board of Pediatrics. Permanent position only no locums. Located 2 hours drive East from San Diego, CA. 3 hours and 20 minutes driving from Los Angeles, CA. Group has a potential 2 nd opening 1 hour and 15 minutes from San Diego, CA. Local airport in the area with several daily flights to LAX. Group has 13 clinics total in southern California and expanding with additional clinics in the future. 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends. Will average 19-20 patients per 8-hour day. Base salary is guaranteed with no production measures. Monday Friday work schedule. Hours are 8 am 5 pm with one hour for lunch. (40 hours per week) Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population. Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed. Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus, and relocation bonus. NHSC student loan incentives available and group is willing to negotiate direct assistance as well.
