Outpatient Family Medicine - 45 Minutes From St. Louis Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking BC/BE Family Practitioners to join their team $250,000 annual compensation First position is at a new clinic scheduled to open in Spring 2025 Join one primary care physician, two pediatricians, and a Family Nurse Practitioner in practice Site also has dental clinic, behavioral health, optometry, and an on-site pharmacy Located 35 minutes from downtown St. Louis Second position available in an existing practice with one physician and a Nurse Practitioner Dental clinic on-site Located 45 minutes from downtown St. Louis Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45 am to 4:30 pm with option for 4-day work week, if desired FQHC has over 45 clinic locations in Missouri See an average of 24 patients daily EMR: NextGen Call: Shared, taken one week at a time (typically averages four times per year) via telephone with nurse triage Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, CME time and allowance, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, NHSC loan repayment, and more!
