Outpatient Family Medicine Northwestern Georgia • Non-profit Community Health Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team • Base salary: $240,000 plus benefits total compensation is approximately $287,400 • Group has 10 clinic sites (4 school-based) throughout 5 counties in Northwestern Georgia • Join 3.5 FTE physicians, 7 FNPs, 4 Behavioral Health providers, and a Nutritionist in practice • No call required • Daily patient census: 20 • See patients of all ages • EMR: eCW • Full benefits package offered including Medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 15 days PTO, extended illness bank, CME time and allowance, licensure & DEA reimbursement, 8 paid holidays and more! • Loan repayment available through the NHSC and state (depending on clinic location) • Located 10 minutes from Chattanooga, TN, 90 minutes from Knoxville and Atlanta, and 2 hours from Nashville, TN • Domestic airport offered in Chattanooga with direct flights to 9 major US cities; International Airport offered in Atlanta • Possible visa sponsorship
