Internal Medicine Northwestern Ohio Hospital-employed position seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine physician to join a well-established and supportive team within the area s largest multi-specialty group Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) plus productivity and quality bonuses; earning potential up to $300K+ Flexible scheduling: traditional model or three 12-hour shifts per week Outpatient-focused with patients per day on a 12-hour shift Call is 1:30, phone only from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Practice with 33 Primary Care physicians and over 100 physicians across multiple specialties 10 practice locations offering urban and rural settings EMR systems: eClinicalWorks (outpatient) and Meditech (inpatient) Full-time position with comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, short- and long-term disability, 401(k), 240 hours of PTO, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment assistance Practice at a progressive 300-bed hospital with a Level II Trauma Center and state-of-the-art operating rooms, including new Stryker System 6 equipment Located just over an hour from Fort Wayne, IN and Toledo, OH, with access to major airports in each city H1B visa sponsorship available
