Our client is revolutionizing the autonomous vehicle industry through innovative software solutions that are reshaping how intelligent machines are developed and deployed. As a well-funded, rapidly growing technology leader based in Silicon Valley, they're partnering with major automotive manufacturers worldwide.
What You'll Do:
- Drive technical innovation across a diverse product suite, tackling challenging problems in full-stack development, infrastructure, robotics, and graphics
- Design and implement scalable solutions for complex architectural challenges
- Lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and mentor fellow engineers
- Collaborate with domain experts across infrastructure, robotics, and graphics engineering
- Shape technical strategy while balancing new feature development, scaling requirements, and technical debt
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 7+ years of experience shipping complex software systems
- Strong background in one or more: frontend, backend, full-stack, or infrastructure development
- Production experience with languages such as C++, Python, TypeScript, or Golang
- Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and tools
- Track record of designing and implementing solutions to complex technical challenges
- Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with simulation tools or robotics middleware
- Startup experience, particularly in early-stage environments
- Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
- Background in autonomous systems or related fields
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $230,000 - $323,000
