We’re a team of engineers and scientists with deep backgrounds in ML infrastructure & research. Founded by IOI and IMO medalists, PhDs, and alumni from leading tech companies, we train models and build infrastructure for swarms of agents to automate work across real-world environments.
This role will focus on scaling RL environments for our foundation models. You'll work closely with our researchers to design and optimize these environments, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and capable of handling complex real-world tasks. As part of a new team, you'll play a key role in scaling RL for end-to-end automation.
What You’ll Do
Architect and scale RL environments for Computer Use Agents, Reasoning models, and multi-agent systems
Create environments that capture both structured and open-ended tasks
Optimize simulation performance for millions of environment steps/sec
Build and maintain containerized, orchestrated training environments
Contribute to RL training pipelines, including rollout collection and distributed evaluation
Translate ambiguous, sparse-reward domains into modelable RL challenges
Who You Are
Deep experience in both reinforcement learning and infra/distributed systems
Proven track record scaling RL environments and infrastructure
Familiarity with Gymnasium, RLlib, Ray, or similar frameworks
Strong systems skills: containerization, orchestration (e.g. Nomad), and cloud-scale infra
Ability to model complex, real-world workflows for intelligent agents
Strong Rust, Python, Typescript skills and familiarity with RL-specific performance bottlenecks

Compensation
Compensation starts at $150k-$425k and equity package.
