Overview

Reporting to the SVP of Product and Care Solutions and serving as a key member of the leadership team, the Chief of Staff (COS) will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, influence organizational priorities, and oversee operational and reporting processes to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Management Process & Operating Model: Oversee governance structures, manage team meetings, and ensure adherence to operational frameworks in collaboration with senior leadership, HR, and Finance.
2. Leadership: Lead cross-functional strategic projects, assemble and mobilize teams to achieve initiative goals.
3. Operating Effectiveness: Drive the deployment of the Product and Care Solutions teams to maximize value creation.
4. Strategic Initiatives: Coordinate multiple initiatives, foster cross-organizational collaboration.
5. Innovation & Change: Participate in strategic planning and investment prioritization.
6. Talent Management: Collaborate with SLT and HR to optimize talent aligned with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in strategy, business management, finance, operations, or health services.
• Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate trends, and develop organizational plans.
• Broad experience in finance, systems, HR, and strategic planning.
• Track record of exceeding goals, strong business acumen, resource management skills.
• Experience leading matrixed and cross-functional teams, excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong influence, storytelling, and communication skills; proficient in MS Office.
• Proactive, decisive, resilient leadership style.

Estimated annual salary: $193,700 - $322,800, plus bonus and long-term incentives.
