Compensation & Perks:

• Established 2-year partnership track with earnings from $700K to $1M+.
• Guaranteed base salary + high production bonuses in years 1 and 2.
• $50K sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, and generous benefits.
• 6+ weeks of PTO plus 1 week for CME with a $5,000 stipend.
