We are seeking a driven Senior Technical Program Manager for Compute Platform Software focused on NPI. You will collaborate with engineering and product leaders to plan and execute programs that develop and publish software enabling new enterprise systems at the forefront of AI advancement. What you'll be doing:
- Tracking results for new systems from design to production release, aligning milestones with release cycles.
- Collaborating across teams to plan and drive software objectives.
- Gathering requirements, defining priorities, and planning all phases of implementation.
- Developing and maintaining schedules for parallel tasks.
- Leading and improving product development and release processes.
- Partnering with diverse technical groups across organizational levels.
- Ensuring successful product launches through collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Assessing product release readiness, anticipating risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Aligning system availability during NPI.
- Developing KPIs to measure release health and predictability.
- Communicating program status and issues to senior leadership.
- Engaging with engineers on architecture and design discussions.
- Working with QA on testing, reviews, and quality assessment.
- Collaborating with Customer Program Managers on software issues and feedback.
- Identifying failures, leading retrospectives, and developing improvement plans.
- Leading and influencing across Business Units.
What we need to see:
- 12+ years of experience in software development and process, especially for new product development in tech.
- Thorough knowledge of hardware engineering and lifecycle principles, especially chip bring-up.
- Strategic and tactical thinking skills to build consensus and ensure program success.
- Strong solution-focused skills and experience implementing systematic solutions.
- Proven ability to influence decisions and lead teams in dynamic environments.
- Enthusiasm and responsiveness, with a passion for process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills, with the ability to multitask.
Ways to stand out:
- Experience with data center boards and servers is a plus.
- Experience productizing enterprise server systems and coordinating HW/SW activities.
- Experience in fast-paced production environments with constraints.
- 5+ years programming in a modern language.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, enterprise architecture, and automation tools.

Your base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and market rates, ranging from $192,000 to $304,750 USD. Additional benefits and equity are included.
