We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to support enabling media partners with Walmart’s targeting and measurement capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from Sales, Client Services, and Strategy to leverage Walmart's audience graph for clients across Social and CTV. This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive significant growth and transformation.

What you'll do

  • Influence cross-functional partners, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively to gain leadership buy-in.
  • Think structurally, resourcefully, and execute disciplinedly with a can-do attitude.
  • Use data to problem-solve and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Drive product adoption with hands-on experience in launching new products.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Strategy teams to develop and realize product visions.
  • Build relationships with key partners, align priorities with business goals, and secure executive support.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
  • 9+ years in product management or related fields.
  • 4+ years in Ad-Tech, Mar-Tech, or CTV/Advertising Measurement.
  • Experience with campaign platforms, attribution, and data sharing technologies including data clean rooms.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Strong execution rigor, business judgment, and strategic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.

Location options include Hoboken, NJ and San Bruno, CA, with respective salary ranges of $132,000-$264,000 and $143,000-$286,000, plus bonuses and stock options.
