Account Executive

  • Salary: $150,000 - $300,000 (50/50 Base/Variable split) + Equity (0.01% - 0.5%)

This fast-growing company is revolutionizing hiring by building a real-time, AI-powered recruiter that conducts dynamic interviews at scale. With strong revenue traction, rave customer feedback, and top-tier investor backing, this company is already reshaping how enterprises hire talent.

As a member of this compact, high-performing team, you’ll work directly with the founding team in a flat, fast-paced environment. If you’re energized by the idea of massive greenfield opportunity, cutting-edge AI, and helping to scale a startup with serious momentum—this is your role.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and outreach to demoing, negotiating, and closing six-figure enterprise software deals.

  • Engage with recruiting and HR leaders to understand their needs and demonstrate how the platform delivers immediate hiring ROI.

  • Navigate complex procurement processes with urgency and professionalism.

  • Optimize and maintain CRM processes, ensuring accuracy in data and forecasting.

  • Deliver high-volume, high-quality outbound and inbound motion via email, phone, social channels, events, and more.

  • Report on revenue generation and leverage a data-driven approach to optimize outreach and closing strategy.

  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced go-to-market environment, working closely with founders and early team members.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 4+ years of sales experience, progressing into a closing or leadership AE role.

  • Strong track record of closing six-figure enterprise software deals.

  • Demonstrated success in startup environments, ideally with HR tech or recruiting platforms.

  • Skilled in full-cycle sales across multiple channels—calls, emails, events, inbound, etc.

  • Strong familiarity with modern sales tech stacks and ownership of CRM best practices.

  • Clear, charismatic communicator—rated 10/10 in verbal and written presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience selling recruiting or HR software products.

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

  • History of exceeding quota in lean, high-performance teams.

  • Passion for early-stage startup culture—fast-paced, ambitious, and agile.

  • SF-based or open to relocation for an onsite role.

Compensation, Benefits & Other Highlights

  • Base Salary: $150,000

  • Variable Commission: Up to $150,000 (OTE $300,000)

  • Equity: 0.01% – 0.5%

  • Office Type: In-person 5 days/week in San Francisco
