$18.75 + Commission (Training Pay)**

**The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $14 per hour with production pay. The annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Hyatt Vacation Club at Kaanapali Beach Worksite in 2024 was between $110,183 and $330,780.

Typical duties of a Sales Executive Trainee:

  • Answer Owner questions about properties and amenities; recommend based on owner information.
  • Follow up on referrals and leads.
  • Provide information on pricing, maps, descriptions, and property details.
  • Monitor owner satisfaction, inform about promotions, and develop business opportunities.
  • Maintain records of customer contacts for effective follow-up.

Guest Experience and Standards:

  • Greet guests and address needs proactively.
  • Interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Background and drug screening may be required.
  • Maintain an active professional Real Estate License if mandated.
  • Preferred: one-year related experience.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties.
