Carolina PRG is partnering with a leading provider of widely recognized product to recruit a strategic and dynamic HR Director to support their ongoing growth.
This key leadership position will oversee all aspects of human resources, driving organizational culture, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance for a fast-growing company in the security and tech space. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the HR Director will serve as a trusted advisor, championing best practices and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across various functions
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Partner with leadership to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and retention
- Oversee performance management, succession planning, and professional development initiatives
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness and consistency
- Direct compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking and wellness programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and company standards
- Lead HR reporting and analytics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making
- Drive initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to foster a supportive work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in technology, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing change and driving organizational development
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
