This team builds and supports various products to advance public AI and other philanthropic initiatives. They are seeking their first technical product hire to lead the full product lifecycle across these various initiatives.
Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: NYC – Must be local to NYC-metro area and comfortable working onsite in midtown Manhattan 4x per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Required Skills & Technologies:
- 8+ years professional experience in product management, with a strong track record of driving product vision, delivery, and growth
- Experience building/scaling 0-1 products and succeeding in scrappy, start-up environment
- Highly entrepreneurial and experienced leading ideation and developing creative solutions
- Expertise in consumer products, SEO, audience development, and driving engagement
- Strong technical background – experience with SQL, A/B Testing, data analytics
- Experience leveraging AI/ML concepts or working on AI/ML products
- Experience working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and having visible role working closely with C-level/founders
Additional skills:
- Masters/MBA or advanced degree in STEM or related field
- Experience working on data-focused products / data visualizations and dashboards
- Successful track record taking products from ideation to MVP to product-market fit
- Strong passion for philanthropy or social good products
Salary : +/- 200,000 – 250,000 base salary (based on experience), plus equity
