Job Title: General Superintendent / Field Operations Manager – Commercial Roofing
Location: Atlanta Based

Company Overview:
Tiello is partnered with an established commercial roofing contractor known for high-quality re-roofs and large-scale projects across the SE. They’re looking for a driven Sr. General Superintendent / Field Operations Manager to lead and grow their field operations team.
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of commercial roofing experience and thrive in a boots-on-the-ground leadership role, managing multiple jobsites, coordinating large crews, and ensuring projects stay on time, safe, and profitable.

- Tear-offs and multi-site rollouts
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations across multiple sites, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
- Manage and motivate 20–40 field team members, including foremen, crews, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate logistics: materials, equipment, safety protocols, and manpower.
- Serve as the main field liaison with project managers and clients to address issues promptly.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce company safety standards (OSHA compliance).
- Support hiring, training, and mentorship of foremen and crew leads.
- Travel regularly to active jobsites (all travel expenses covered).
- Report on project progress and field challenges to senior operations leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 7+ years of commercial roofing field leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead large crews and multi-site operations.
- OSHA certifications strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
