An AM Law Top 200, multi-service law firm is seeking a talented Legal Associate with 3–4 years of corporate law firm experience to join their dynamic team in New York. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions and gain significant responsibility and client exposure from day one.

What You’ll Work On:

Private Equity
Mergers and acquisitions
Venture capital
Joint ventures
Corporate and commercial agreements

What We’re Looking For:

3-4 years of relevant experience at a large or mid-sized law firm
Excellent drafting and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across offices
Admission to the New York Bar
Superior academic credentials
JD from an accredited law school

We expect the salary for this role to range between $235,000–$260,000 annually, depending on experience and other relevant factors.
