Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Implementation - Digital (Americas) to lead our Digital pillar across the region. This leadership role manages a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads, providing strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and ensuring successful delivery of implementation projects for Adyen's Digital customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, develop, and scale a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads within the region.
- Ensure quality and standardization of project delivery across the Americas.
- Translate the IM strategy into a focused, pillar-specific roadmap to reduce time to live.
- Manage operational challenges within your pillar, ensuring resolution and guiding your team leads.
- Collaborate with product and commercial leadership, providing ongoing feedback.
- Drive initiatives to grow the IM organization in maturity, quality, and scalability.
- Define and execute strategic initiatives to advance the IM function's OKRs.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement, innovation, and results.
- Strong understanding of global commerce challenges and dependencies affecting customer success across regions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of managing senior stakeholders and collaborating with a diverse, global team.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams and leaders.
- Focus on execution and operational excellence.
- A strategic thinker who identifies operational, commercial, and technical opportunities for customer value and scalable improvements.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, valuing simplicity and speed.
- This role is based in San Francisco or New York City.
- We are an office-first company; remote-only roles are not offered.

The annual base salary range for this role is $225,000-$244,000. Learn more about our compensation philosophy here.
