We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the Data & Analytics team in our Digital Advisory practice.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
YOUR TEAM.
This position will support our Digital Advisory team. We advise a blend of small, mid-sized and large US and multinational firms on strategy, technology, and transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, systems implementations, automation, integrations, data management, and more. Join our multidisciplinary Data & AI team as we lead clients to achieve operational excellence through developing a deep understanding of their business and, based on that understanding, leverage technology, innovation, and automation to glean insights and maximize efficiencies.

YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To

• As a delivery leader in Data & Analytics the Senior Manager will lead in the production of strong client relationships starting with prospecting and interest generation all the way through the lifecycle of multiple engagements and coordinated delivery of complementary services from across the firm. Additionally, the Senior Manager will maintain a balance of billed service delivery, team and engagement management, and practice development including Azure Architecture and Engineering leadership.
• Development of new client relationships and ongoing delivery and expansion of these and existing relationships.
• Management of delivery teams including practice members and external resources as and when needed.
• Management of engagement and portfolio of engagement financials, resource levels, and execution including delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• The career path for this position extends into additional management responsibility for the growth of the practice including service & solution innovation, team development, and marketing across industries
  

Your Experience.
The successful candidate will have:

• 10+ years of progressive career responsibility in data and analytics across corporate and consulting environments.
• 5+ years of engagement development and management using cloud and other technology based solution sets to deliver successful reporting and analytics.
• 5+ years of building and managing high performing delivery teams.
• 3+ years of advanced cloud architecture and engineering in Microsoft Azure or similar data/analytics platforms, experience with major cloud providers, Amazon Web Services is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical area coupled with ongoing technical training & education
