Job Title: Business Development Manager
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager who knows how to open doors. Your mission is to identify and engage decision-makers in high-value accounts — commercial property managers, developers, HOA boards, and general contractors — and create new revenue opportunities for our team to close.
This is not a “wait for leads” role. We’re looking for a connector, relationship builder, and construction-savvy strategist who thrives on making things happen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients across commercial, multifamily, and high-end residential markets
- Book qualified meetings and introduce Cre8’s capabilities to new accounts
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (HOAs, GCs, PMs, Developers)
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver strong proposals
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, and trade association meetings
- Maintain CRM tracking and report weekly activity & pipeline updates
- Help refine and expand our go-to-market strategy alongside the leadership team
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in business development or relationship-based sales
- Strong existing network in Austin’s construction, commercial real estate, or HOA markets
- Familiarity with construction services, exterior repairs, or restoration a major plus
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
