Position Summary
We are seeking a Partner with significant experience in Patent and Trademark Litigation to join our Intellectual Property group. The ideal candidate will preferably be admitted to the Patent Bar and have 8-12 years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience in a law firm setting. The role involves collaborating closely with other partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues. Candidates must possess strong litigation skills, excellent drafting and communication abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capability to work effectively within deadlines and as part of a team. A background in engineering or computer science, or substantial experience litigating patents in these fields, is required. Membership in the Patent Bar is strongly preferred, and candidates must be members of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one. We will consider Partners looking to relocate to Florida. Some portable business is necessary. Compensation is highly competitive.
