Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC (AOPS) has a dynamic opportunity for a Capability Integration and Delivery (CID) Product Team Owner to join our team in Boulder, CO, supporting an effort with the US Space Force. As the CID Product Team Owner, you will lead and manage the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Secure Software Development Life Cycle (S-SDLC) Management Support for the Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Test and Analysis Program (TAP) Lab. This is a "key position" essential for the successful delivery and integration of software capabilities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Lead execution of CID team resources under the BOSS contract.
- Serve as the programmatic knowledge owner for CID support.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.
- Manage S-SDLC processes for security and compliance.
- Coordinate CID team efforts to meet milestones and deliver quality software.
- Maintain stakeholder communication for updates, requirements, and concerns.
- Continuously improve CID processes for efficiency and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 14+ years, Master's with 12+ years, PhD/JD with 9+ years of experience.
- 10+ years in software development with focus on CI/CD and S-SDLC.
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Proven leadership in CI/CD pipelines and S-SDLC processes.
- Strong technical background and team management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving skills and innovative solutions development.
- Deep understanding of software security and compliance practices.
