Position Summary:
The Kenjya-Trusant Group is seeking a System Engineer to support our Maryland customer with cross domain solutions.
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop estimates to complete, funds and man-hour expenditure reports, program status reports, and other financial and technical reports.
- Review and approve risk analysis and mitigation activities, technical reports, and propose program baselines and resource-loaded schedules.
- Assist in developing and managing program and project proposals.
- Conduct resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, scheduling, and financial reporting.
- Maintain program documentation aligned with scope, contract type, and complexity.
- Ensure recruitment, training, and regulatory compliance of program staff.
- Evaluate project suitability and propose engineering standards and processes.
- Supervise or coordinate work of other engineers or technicians on projects.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- US Citizenship due to access requirements.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus four years of experience, including at least two in program management supporting similar scope and complexity.
- TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Desired Skills:
- At least one of the following certifications: PMP, FAC-P/PM Entry Level, or DAWIA Level 1 in Program Management.
Pay Range: $135,000 - $265,000, influenced by location, experience, skills, education, and certifications.
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
