What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect, design, configure, develop, and troubleshoot applications on the Appian platform
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand enterprise needs and develop modernization strategies
- Oversee technical architecture and construction efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Lead technology evaluations, proofs of concept, and client demonstrations to facilitate adoption and buy-in
- Author documentation and technical standards for architectural frameworks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience with the Appian platform, including SAIL scripting and custom application development
- 5+ years of technology leadership experience on major modernization and integration projects
- 3+ years of experience architecting solutions on the Appian platform and creating integrations with other systems
- 2+ years of experience designing and implementing DevSecOps pipelines and Infrastructure Automation frameworks
- Must possess Appian Senior Developer certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience developing Appian Smart Service, Component, or Connected System plug-ins
- Appian RPA Pro/RPA + IDP Pro certification
- Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong communication skills and experience with orchestration and discovery
- Appian Lead Developer Certification
