Ideal Candidate Profile
You are a proven cybersecurity leader who builds secure systems, not just defenses. You drive clarity, discipline, and accountability in how security is designed, measured, and communicated. You see cybersecurity as architecture-first, governance-aligned, and risk-informed—not a siloed function, but an enterprise capability.
You prioritize data, metrics, and cost-effective protection over reactive controls. You foster a culture where "cybersecurity is everyone’s responsibility" and where trust is earned by delivering measurable, sustainable progress. You thrive at the intersection of technical execution and strategic influence—respected equally by engineers, executives, and auditors.
