Current Opening
We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success Team as an Automation Manager .
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Customer Success, and Engineering .
The ideal candidate is passionate about process automation , enjoys solving operational challenges, and is motivated by creating meaningful impact for global clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with our global recruitment agency clients to understand their workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable solutions
• Build, test, and deploy automation workflows using platforms like Zapier, Workato, Integromat, or equivalent tools
• Act as a trusted consultant — advising clients on best practices, automation strategy, and process optimisation
• Conduct engaging training sessions, demos, and provide ongoing support to clients for deployed automations
• Liaise closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless integrations and customer satisfaction
• Continuously research and experiment with new automation tools, APIs, and trends to enhance Recruit CRM’s automation capabilities
  

Requirements

• Any Graduate with 1–5 years of experience with automation tools (Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident in English, both written and verbal
• Logical, structured problem-solving ability with a customer-first attitude
• Good understanding of business process flows (bonus for recruitment workflow exposure)
• Highly organised, independent, and capable of managing multiple client projects
• Experience working in SaaS, HRTech, or recruitment tech environments
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration methods
• Certifications like Zapier Certified Expert, Workato Automation Pro are a plus
