What you will do:

  • Lead the development of our AI agent platform, including designing and owning components related to prompt engineering, integrations, user experience, and workflows.
  • Take ownership of projects, make decisions, and drive results independently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Research emerging AI models and tools, translating innovations into product features.
  • Prototype, iterate, and learn quickly through user feedback and technical insights.
  • Work within a lean, agile environment focused on impact.
  • Ensure high-quality user experiences in UI and system interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resolve obstacles.
  • Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and practical AI applications.
  • Strong sense of product and user experience design.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements confidently.
  • Solid architectural and system design skills, balancing scalability and resourcefulness.
  • Effective cross-team communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with autonomous systems, vector search, or human-AI interaction.
  • Knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale architecture.
  • Familiarity with data streaming technologies like Kafka, Flink, or Spark.

We offer a salary range of $163,600 - $286,300 plus equity, benefits, and incentives, depending on location and experience. Our benefits include health plans, 401(k), ESPP, flexible time off, and family leave. We support flexible, remote, or in-office work arrangements based on role needs.
