What you will do:
- Lead the development of our AI agent platform, including designing and owning components related to prompt engineering, integrations, user experience, and workflows.
- Take ownership of projects, make decisions, and drive results independently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Research emerging AI models and tools, translating innovations into product features.
- Prototype, iterate, and learn quickly through user feedback and technical insights.
- Work within a lean, agile environment focused on impact.
- Ensure high-quality user experiences in UI and system interactions.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and resolve obstacles.
- Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and practical AI applications.
- Strong sense of product and user experience design.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements confidently.
- Solid architectural and system design skills, balancing scalability and resourcefulness.
- Effective cross-team communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with autonomous systems, vector search, or human-AI interaction.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and large-scale architecture.
- Familiarity with data streaming technologies like Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
We offer a salary range of $163,600 - $286,300 plus equity, benefits, and incentives, depending on location and experience. Our benefits include health plans, 401(k), ESPP, flexible time off, and family leave. We support flexible, remote, or in-office work arrangements based on role needs.
