Position: Senior CRM Developer

Location: Jersey City NJ & Toronto ON

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce
• Experience working with large data sets, bulkification, data migration, and data cleanup
• A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices
• Prior experience with FSC and Capital Markets will be a plus
• Building scalable, secure solutions using Salesforce tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Customizing workflows, objects, and automation processes to streamline business operations.
• Integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs and web services.
• Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues to ensure system reliability.
• Collaborating with stakeholders such as project managers and business analysts to align development with organizational goals.
• Enhancing user experience by improving Salesforce interfaces and creating dashboards and analytics tools.
• Staying updated with Salesforce technologies and best practices.
