What you will be doing

  1. Coordinate between project engineering team and utility partners to mark, track, relocate, and approve permits on the project site, ensuring compliance with agency regulations and contract specifications.
  2. Coordinate subcontractor and utility partner work methods, schedules, and crews.
  3. Review shop drawings, design specifications, project layout, and project data to ensure quality and contract specification compliance.
  4. Update project schedule weekly for owner and management reporting.
  5. Prepare and manage a three-week work plan. Notify engineering and project management of any significant schedule changes and develop solutions to mitigate delays and costs.
  6. Initiate and track all change orders and invoicing regarding utility transfer, monitoring, relocation, or permitting required on the project to ensure accurate cost control and billing information.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field required.
  • 15+ years of construction utility experience required.
  • Advanced planning and scheduling skills required.
  • Advanced knowledge of contract specifications and quality assurance practices.
  • Able to identify budget and project costs and recommend options to mitigate project delays.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of design-build and other alternative build techniques.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting methods, quantity tracking methods, and cost coding.
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling and production time management preferred.
  • Ability to assume responsibility, interface, and communicate effectively with others.

Salary Min

USD $180,000.00/Yr.

Salary Max

USD $220,000.00/Yr.

Vehicle Program

Personal Vehicle Allowance Tier II: $950 USD/month
