Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst - Process Excellence - Regulatory Labeling, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities

• Act as the Regulatory Labeling SME to guide system requirements, future-state workflows, and structured labeling content needs
• Assess and document current-state end-to-end labeling processes (e.g., CCDS, USPI, EU labeling, updates and translations)
• Partner with labeling operations, regulatory affairs, safety, and global affiliates to align on process improvements and system dependencies
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process diagrams, and functional requirements
• Work with IT and business teams to test and validate labeling workflows and data elements within the system
• Contribute to labeling governance and terminology standardization efforts
  

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Regulatory Labeling, including global labeling coordination, CCDS maintenance, or HA submission components
• Familiarity with structured content management, labeling systems, or document versioning tools
• Experience working on transformation, system implementation, or process improvement projects
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and documentation skills
• Working knowledge of Veeva Vault or other Regulatory Information Management platforms is a plus
  

The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $235,000 or the hourly equivalent.
