A premier plaintiff-side employment law firm in Los Angeles, known for its dedication to protecting employee rights and securing justice for workers, is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Employment Plaintiff Associate to join its dynamic team. With a reputation for winning high-stakes cases and a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment, this firm offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney looking to make a meaningful impact. This is a hybrid position, offering the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office while handling high-stakes employment litigation cases.

About the Role:

As an Employment Plaintiff Associate, you will advocate for employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes. You will be responsible for managing cases from intake through trial, conducting discovery, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and drive cases forward
• Passion for employee rights and a commitment to justice
• California Bar admission in good standing
