My client is a Global Real Estate Investment Management Firm that is building out their US Teams and seeking someone to join their Asset Management Team, reporting to Head of US.

Seeking a candidate with strong real estate asset management, reporting, and strategy spanning Multi-Family Housing and/or Student Housing properties. This role will sit in NYC.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AM plans and strategy, capitalization, and financing, optimizing performance:
• Work with close network of business contacts and 3rd party vendors
• Prepare budgets and business plans including portfolio, and property performance
• Report to C-Suite; Strategic and Drive asset planning initiatives, maximizing portfolio efficiency and financial performance including leasing
• Assist and support acquisition team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or Finance degree
• 5 to 9 years of real estate asset management properties - specifically Multi-Family and or Student Housing properties
