At EY, we leverage SAP technology to improve client operations across various modules including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors. Your role involves interacting with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and translating these into technical solutions. You will also evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of implemented SAP solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead workstream delivery and manage project processes.
- Participate in client sessions, leading planning, execution, and closure.
- Optimize the Quality Management (QM) process framework.
- Design and prototype SAP QM solutions, conduct system demonstrations, and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Configure SAP systems to meet local business needs and scope development objects.
- Review functional specifications, collaborate on security profiles, and support data conversion efforts.
- Assist during testing, cutover, and go-live activities, providing technical expertise.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years working with SAP ERP, focusing on Quality Management modules.
- Strong communication skills and experience managing SAP projects and teams.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Willingness to travel 40-60%.
Preferred Skills
- Client relationship management experience.
- Background in technology analysis and implementation.
- SAP certifications and experience with full-cycle implementations.
What We Offer
