Base pay range
$200,000.00/yr - $217,000.00/yr
Holland & Hart has a vibrant securities & capital markets practice and is looking for a mid-level associate with significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation to join its team in any of our Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Nevada offices. Holland & Hart has a robust practice representing issuers in connection with SEC compliance and capital markets transactions.
Position Requirements
Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of top tier law firm experience in securities and capital markets, governance and general corporate work. M&A experience is also helpful. While we are specifically looking to build additional depth in our securities practice, we expect associates to work in teams on matters across the corporate practice generally. Candidates should be team oriented, have strong written and oral communication skills, and have excellent professional recommendations. Compensation and Expectations
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based—you’ll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team’s efforts. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $200,000 - $217,000.
Holland & Hart’s generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
