About GHI
Greystone Housing Impact Investors LP (“GHI”) is a $1.5 billion publicly traded partnership listed on the NYSE (ticker: GHI), focused on investing in tax-exempt bonds for affordable housing projects. GHI aims to expand its investments in this sector and is seeking a seasoned originator to help shape its growth, especially following its recent joint venture with BlackRock.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of bond origination and closing processes.
- Oversee diligence and bond structuring for transactions.
- Present transactions for GHI investment committee approval.
- Assist in obtaining leverage for bond positions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Existing client relationships with sponsors utilizing tax-exempt bond financing.
- Experience with affordable housing construction or acquisition financings.
- Knowledge of HUD/Agency loan programs and exit strategies evaluation.
Company Culture & Compensation
