**Primarily in-office position with some remote flexibility — candidates must be based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area**

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 15+ years of engineering experience , with a proven ability to take initiative, lead projects, and drive results.
• Experience managing and training teams , including performance development and mentoring.
• Extensive knowledge of plastics and plastic injection molding – this is mandatory .
• Strong project management skills , with the ability to oversee complex technical initiatives from concept to completion.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining engineering documentation , including SOPs, process parameters, CAD drawings, and engineering change notices.
• Proficiency in reading and creating CAD drawings (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms).
