On behalf of our client, TPOPS is recruiting an attorney with 8+ years in Patent and Trademark Litigation to join its Intellectual Property group.
Requirements

• Degree – Engineering, Computer Science or a similar field
• Be admitted to the Patent Bar
• Be a member of the Florida Bar (or in the process of becoming one)
• Benefit from 8 or more years of patent and trademark litigation and dispute resolution experience practicing in a law firm
• Have strong litigation skills
  

This position will entail working closely with other partners and senior associates on patent and trademark issues. be a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one. Shutts will consider Attorneys looking to relocate to Florida. Some portable business is required. Compensation is very competitive.
