About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for your customers, guiding them to maximize Rippling’s HR solutions. You will handle complex customer issues, lead initiatives to foster customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth, and own revenue retention and expansion for large clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers realize value and expand their use of Rippling’s platform.
- Engage proactively during key lifecycle events like onboarding, renewals, and reviews.
- Manage customer requests and lead growth initiatives.
- Understand client needs through a solutions-based approach.
- Build relationships with stakeholders via remote meetings.
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate procurement.
- Develop a pipeline for cross-sales, upgrades, and renewals.
- Maintain knowledge of Rippling products and execute adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and cross-functional teams for customer success.
Requirements
- 4+ years in SaaS account management, sales, or customer success.
- Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding quotas through product sales and upgrades.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with PEO or HCM systems is a plus.

Compensation varies based on experience and location, with a target OTE of $205,000 to $220,000/year, including commissions.
This role is full-time, mid-senior level, and based in the US with a hybrid work model.
