As a Solutions Engineer Manager within the Global Business Services, you will lead a team of software engineers that will aide us with Corporate Services technologies.
Our technology teams service a variety of business units. You will collaborate with our business partners, architecture and technology associates to deliver solutions to meet our business outcomes.
In this role you will lead a team of software engineers, focused on evaluating high quality solutions that meet our business needs, building high quality data pipelines, and reporting and analytics. You are a player-coach and committed to driving superior results through the application of modern engineering and data management methods.

• You are a people leader, capable of leading a team of developers and product focused associates and contractors
• Drives the end-to-end product lifecycle for SaaS applications by defining product vision and strategy in agile delivery environment
• You have in-depth experience with assessing vendor software and integration of various platforms
• You can seamlessly partner with business users, architecture and other technology teams
• You have the knowledge and experience to provide technical guidance to the team
• You have experience with the implementation of Integrated Risk Management vendor software platforms
• You have a global mindset, ensuring products meet the needs of all global operating models
• You have a “one team, one dream” mindset, think and plan strategically, and drive team execution
  

Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• You have 5+ years leading diverse technical or product focused teams
• You have experience with modern data and software engineering platforms, capabilities and tools (AWS, Python, APIs)
  

Southern California Base Salary Range: $173,211-$277,138














In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
