A Performance Marketing Manager position is now available via The Keller Group. This will be a position working in-office 5 days a week in the Phoenix Metro area. This role will be central in driving innovative marketing strategies and creative solutions that deliver results for the clients. Our client is looking for someone to brainstorm campaign ideas with the team, increase client engagement, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This Performance Marketing Manager will mentor and support junior team members, fostering cross-functional collaboration and professional growth.

Travel Required: Ability to travel on an as needed basis.

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Guiding bold, insight-driven ideas from concept through execution—ensuring they align with client goals and resonate across channels.
• Share creative ideas in client meetings to drive engagement and upsell.
• Develop integrated campaign strategies rooted in client objectives, consumer insights, and performance data.
• Present campaign strategies, performance summaries, and optimization recommendations to clients.
• Guide creative strategy informed by client goals, performance metrics, and market insights.
• Create and deliver regular reports summarizing campaign impact, key learnings, and next-step recommendations.
• Leading or supporting client success initiatives, ensuring goals are met, expectations are exceeded, and client satisfaction remains high.

Performance Marketing Manager Qualifications:

• BA/BS in related field
• Minimum of 5 years in Advertising and/or Marketing
• Confident with hands-on digital media campaign management across major platforms
• Must thrive working in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
• Ability to provide tracking/reporting metrics for clients.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with Google Ads, Amazon, Bing Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.
