I am the person Capital Group is looking for.
- You have a deep understanding of finance, portfolio construction, and the asset management industry, enabling you to lead the development of messaging and content in areas such as fixed income, target date, insurance, and portfolio construction.
- You have established, led, and achieved long-term strategic objectives, aligned with annual business priorities, to deliver measurable business outcomes for the segment.
- You can collaborate with quantitative experts in Investment Services and the Investment group to create data-supported content that exceeds general literature in depth and quality.
- You have experience producing robust, analytics-backed content tailored for engagement with sophisticated buyers, including institutional consultants, clients, financial intermediaries, and broker-dealer home offices.
- You possess the expertise to simplify complex ideas into accessible and understandable concepts.
- You will partner with Marketing, Distribution, and Investment Services to meet the annual sales and commercial goals for Capital Group.
- You can leverage thought leadership to position Capital Group as a premier asset manager for large corporate and public pension plans, endowments, and foundations.
- You have experience developing versatile content for multiple channels, including digital platforms, white papers, conference presentations, and pitch books aimed at a sophisticated audience.
- You have the capability to manage projects independently and effectively navigate organizational processes, demonstrating in-depth knowledge to collaborate with Investment Services and Investment Group on various topics within their expertise.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an annual performance bonus, Capital's annual profitability bonus, and a retirement plan with a 15% contribution from Capital, subject to plan guidelines, restrictions, and vesting requirements.
